Pradeep possesses the ability to lead effectively and inspires both colleagues and subordinates alike. Beyond his professional pursuits, Pradeep is deeply passionate about creating a vital platform for rural undergraduate youth. He achieves this by imparting essential skills and training, empowering them to be self-reliant. His academic qualifications include a first-class graduate degree in Public Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from IIMM Pune, and a Diploma in E & TC.
